Alec Lapin joined Braun Enterprises as Vice President of Urban Office in January of 2021 to build out its Urban Office concept. Alec is responsible for growing Braun Enterprises’ Urban Office portfolio and overseeing Urban Office’s new developments, leasing, property management, and accounting. Since joining Braun Enterprises, Alec has grown the Urban Office team to 6 people and its portfolio to 7 locations around Texas, with 4 more locations expected to come online in Q1 2023.
Prior to joining Braun Enterprises, Alec spent 2 1/2 years at J.P. Morgan working as an Analyst in its Private Bank. There, Alec worked with high-net-worth individuals on investment recommendations, wealth projection analyses, lending proposals, and performance reviews as part of a team with over $7 billion in assets under management.
Alec attended the University of Virginia, where he graduated from UVa’s undergraduate McIntire School of Commerce with majors in Finance and Information Technology and a minor in Real Estate.
Alec is a native Houstonian who enjoys being outdoors; where he likes to play tennis, go biking, and spend time with his wife, Christine. Alec serves on the Young Professionals Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, for which he previously served as President.
