Joni Wolfswinkel is a successful entrepreneur with a penchant for business and the grit to see her ventures through. She is the owner and CEO of Real Property Management Preferred and Real Property Management Albuquerque. She co-founded the Build to Rent firm Texas Turnkey Properties and co-owns Mr. Rooter of Albuquerque with her husband, Shawn. Joni's latest venture is True Work Logistics - an innovative remote virtual assistant hiring company. Joni is a highly sought-after public speaker on women's empowerment and personal growth. As one of the top 100 women of influence in housing, she has dedicated her life to achieving success at all levels and sharing with other women how they, too, can succeed as a wife, mom, and entrepreneur in the 21st century.

In 2020, Joni launched the Inside The Wolf's Den podcast with her husband Shawn. The highly regarded podcast has surpassed 105 episodes and has become a category-leading podcast available on all major podcast platforms as well as YouTube. While achieving this significant feat, she also successfully wrote, published, and released her first book, The Choice Is Yours Balancing Success as Wife, Mom, and Entrepreneur. She tells how she survived her family's dysfunctions and personal medical issues as a child and went on to build a successful business with her husband Shawn while raising two children. More than just a memoir, her message to all women is that they can be a loving wife, a wonderful mom, and CEO of their own business enterprises if they make up their minds to do so and establish daily disciplines that propel themselves forward in all areas of their lives.

In business and life, Joni sets lofty but achievable goals. She has high expectations for success but serves to support all of the employees in the company in achieving those ambitious targets. She works hard to nurture a company culture around employees who make delivering meaningful customer service experiences a top priority.

Outside the office, Joni serves on the Board of Directors for The Bridge the Gaps Foundation. Bridge the Gaps is a nonprofit organization to assist underprivileged, lower-income, minority, and at-risk athletic students by reconnecting their cultural, emotional, mental, and educational gaps. She is a longtime sponsor of a special needs child through the Lenn Foundation, a nonprofit helping children with cerebral palsy get medical treatment that patients' insurance companies did not previously cover. In addition, Joni and her family have spent several years actively supporting and volunteering with Generous Genius. Generous Genius, a nonprofit, supports Roc Star Kids' following charities to help fight against childhood cancer, FoodConnect, and The Meyers Mission Fund that builds homes for families in Mexico. Joni also volunteers, donates monetarily, and is a corporate sponsor of The PTSD Foundation of America. Their mission is to bring hope and healing to Combat Veterans and their families suffering from the effects of combat-related Post Traumatic Stress.
