Born in Phoenix, Arizona, 1 967 and a Houston resident since 1 980, Ken Bridge is President and CEO of Delicious Concepts Restaurant Group. Delicious Concepts owns and operates 3 properties within the city of Houston; Shepherd Park Draught House is located in Garden Oaks - 3402 N. Shepherd Drive, in The Heights you'll find Blackbird lzakaya -1 221 W. 11th Street, and his newest venture, the critically acclaimed Ritual - 602 Studewood Street.
Ken is the co-owner and founder of 8 Pinks Pizza locations; The Heights - 1403 Heights Blvd, The Montrose - 710 West Gray, West University - 2726 Bissonnet, Garden Oaks - 3404 N. Shepherd Dr., Washington Ave Entertainment District - 1009 May St., The University of Houston - 4701 Calhoun Rd., George Bush Intercontinental Airport - Terminal C-South, and in the quiet community of Bellaire, Texas, 5204 Bellaire Blvd. Ken is also the co-owner and founder of Lola American Diner, which is located in The Heights - 1102 Yale Street. With over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, he has been a driving organizational force in multiple large outdoor concert events and festivals. Even as a teenager he knew he wanted to own and grow his own company that would be a reflection of his personality and values. No matter the project or endeavor he is always looking to develop and create a concept that will add value to the neighborhood, never accepting the status quo. From the very first stages of planning, at the beginning of his vision, compromise is never an option when it comes to the concept as a whole. Treating his team members as partners in these efforts, he creates a kind of community that is only seen in the most successful entrepreneurial companies in the hospitality industry.
A proud member of several local and national organizations and charities including the Heights Chamber of Commerce, The Museum of Fine Arts, UNICEF, Child Builders, American Red Cross and the Boys and Girls Club of Houston. Mr. Bridge also serves as a consultant and advisor to many local and national restaurant organizations. He is married to his beautiful wife, Christina Bridge, and a proud father of 3 boys; Arik, Logan, and Cash.
