Justin Boyar serves as Director of Market Analytics for CoStar’s Houston office, covering a region that includes Houston, New Orleans, Southeast Texas, and Louisiana. Prior to joining CoStar, he served as Associate Director of Research for HFF’s Houston office and in a variety of international consulting roles with JLL. Mr. Boyar’s commercial real estate experience spans more than 15 years in research and analytics, capital markets, development, consulting, corporate solutions, and tenant representation. He has participated in office, industrial, retail, and multifamily transactions spanning more than 30 million square feet representing an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Boyar holds a Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, MBA in Real Estate Management from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, and a BA in Philosophy from Tulane University. Mr. Boyar also played an instrumental role in founding the Bauer Real Estate Program as a graduate fellow to the founding executive director and as co-founder of the Bauer Real Estate Club. He is also an active member in ULI’s Houston District Council.
